Very nice place, close to shopping and the people who work here are all kind and friendly and they have many, many activities for all the seniors. I don’t know who posted all the other bad reviews but it looks like only one person did. This is a very safe apt. community and I have lived here many years and enjoy it immensely.

Do NOT rent here! Look elsewhere. Bullying in an out of control building with seniors & younger people. A violent man lives here in Shadley Apartments. Police are called for disturbances, not a good building for seniors.

There is violence here in this building, a violent man lives there & you will not be safe. This Info is from a family member of a tenant who lives there.

Do not recommend, avoid at all costs. Tenants are shouting outside at cars passing by. Not a quiet building.
